A RARITY...

At the top of the list of things to clearly ask and understand (but rarely discussed) in a banker/client relationship:

"What are your expectations?"

This is a good question to ask...

Hmmmm, let's see...

YOUR WIFE?

YOUR CHILDREN? 

YOUR SUPERVISOR? 

Sounds simple...Rarely done.

Hard to know if you can meet expectations if you don't know what the customer expects...right?
