LEADERSHIP:
YOU play a significant LEADERSHIP role in the lives around you every day.
Leadership is about INFLUENCE and TRUST.
You are a leader.
Consider the implications of our actions as men in the workplace (or in retirement) each day.
1) Who do you INFLUENCE each day? (home, work, server, assistant)
a. Are you humble, compassionate, resolute, etc?
2) To whom are you giving away TRUST each day? (who around you can you empower?)
a. Allowing them to have ownership in decisions, are you being a great listener, following through?
Consider these verses: Philipians 2:3, 2:4, John 3:30, James 4:10
"You are my witnesses"….
